Let’s talk LipSense, people! Ya know, the lipstick that lasts all day. If you have heard family or friends mention that, I guarantee you they were talking about LipSense!
It’s a waterproof, smudge-proof lipstick that can last up to 18 hours. Say what?! Also, LipSense is wax free, lead free, and gluten free! Not to mention, it’s made in the U.S.A. Amazing, right?
Here’s how this all began…
I met a blogger named Jalynn Schroeder about a year ago. She answered TONS of my blogging questions and we became friends.
Fast forward to this summer.
I noticed that she started posting several pictures and Boomerangs (short 4 second videos) about this lipstick that stayed on all day. She literally kissed her sweet baby girl and it didn’t leave a mark. I though, “How cool is that?!” But, I was afraid to get involved. I mean, I’ve been in direct sales before. So, I mulled over it for two months. I prayed and prayed about it. I thought, “What would people think of me” and “What if I’m not successful.” During this time, Jalynn earned a NEW BMW and made several thousands of dollars. I kept thinking and praying.
Fast forward to November last year.
I woke up one morning and thought, “Yep, I’m going to do that lip stuff!” Ha! But really, I had prayed about this and God would not let me let it go. And as much fear and anxiety I had been experiencing, I knew that I needed to step out in faith. So, I did!
Fast forward to now.
Now, here I am writing a post about LipSense. I can’t believe how far I have jumped out of my comfort zone. I now have a team of fabulous ladies that are meeting new goals every day! It’s SO exciting! We are all are making money, meeting new people everyday, and learning more about ourselves. All of this, on our own time!
This has all been a God-thing from day one. I pray for the company and my team daily. I care about these women and I care about their futures. If there’s one thing I have learned is to follow that “feeling”. Ya know, that inward tug that’s telling you something. That feeling, when you feel it, follow it.
